Hotel Canto das Águas

Located on the shores of the Lençóis River, just a short distance from the historical centre of the town, the Hotel Canto das Águas combines charm, good taste and harmony with the nature of the Chapada Diamantina - a scenery of impressing canyons, valleys, waterfalls, caves and rough fields. Along the rocky river-bed, the inn was designed in order to cause a minimum interference with the local landscape: the gardens and inner courtyards host the Chapada’s wild flowers, the staircase resembles the river rocks themselves, and even the swimming pool was thought as a typical rapid from the Rio Lençóis.

The architecture of the Hotel Canto das Águas is integrated into the imperial style of the rows of houses, which are typical for the city of Lençóis. The decoration favors the ceramics and wooden handcrafts from local artists, in order to provide a cozy and charming atmosphere.
