Services & Prices

All rates shown are in US-Dollars per person and based on double occupancy in specified category, unless otherwise indicated; single supplement is available. Rates are based on each hotel's most simple accommodation (usually standard room), but all packages are also available for all other rooms types. Rates valid and updated regularly, but they're subject to change until booked. Rates include general taxes, service charge and the so called Tourism Tax. Rates include Buffet Breakfast unless otherwise noted. Tips of any kind are not included in the rates.

Most packages can be customized. Itineraries are subject to change without notice based on weather, climate or other conditions beyond our control.

Transportation

All our contracted transportation will be done with modern, air-conditioned vehicles. Exceptions are informed specifically on a case by case.

Hotels

The general check-in time is at between 12:00/15:00 and check-out time at 12:00. Some hotels might have divergences and other time of check-in & out. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested at a surcharge, to guarantee either/or we have to charge for one extra hotel night.

Changes and cancellation policies

Changes after confirmation of reservations will be accepted at no surcharge, unless any of our contracted vendors demand any charge for changes. Cancellations prior to arrival date are possible anytime. In general the cancellations policies of our different vendors will apply: 30 days prior to begin of services, no cancellation fees. For cancellations later than 10 days prior to arrival there will be a charge of 10% of total original invoice. In case any vendor has a different policy this will be informed upon booking. These policies are not valid for Carnival/New Year. Generally there is no refund for services on these periods in case of cancellations.

Airport taxes

Domestic and international airport taxes are not included on our services. We will be very pleased to invoice you also for these taxes but will have to add 10% tax for this.

Carnival / New Year

For these periods there are special package prices as well as special conditions in the most important cities in Brazil. The same applies to periods of big events such as World Congresses, Formula 1, etc... Our rates are in general not valid for these periods (except stated so). Please contact us for further information.

Payment conditions

Except for the cases in which we agree in a different way, all bookings are to be paid latest 35 days prior to beginning of our services. There are though special cases in which payment conditions will be different. We will inform you upon booking. For payments by credit card, there will be a surcharge of 3% on the total invoice amount that will be deducted from your commission.

The below list shows the main Brazilian holidays and their approximately package dates; during these holidays most providers change prices and conditions of bookings and/or the hotels require a mandatory stay and sometimes they require a pre-payment to confirm the booking.
