Our Port Operations involve:
1) Debark – Organizing the distribution of
the luggage inside the terminal, organizing luggage
using different colors for different destinations
(trucks), synchronizing with ship staff, port and
customs authorities the debarkation, checking passenger’s
luggage according to his cruise card (in those case
of claimed luggage) the fastest and most effective
way, use of our well trained staff to help those with
walking difficulties, or wheelchairs and help all
passengers identifying their luggage, preparing forms
to the ship in case there are any missing or damaged
luggage;
2) Tailor-Made Shore excursions – Always in
communication with the ship a long time in advance,
our office prepares all the necessary guides, buses,
directional staff, advance staff in the main sights
to purchase the tickets before the excursion arrives,
offering your guest all necessary support inside or
outside the port. In some cases we send one of our
key staff to a prior port of call so as to coordinate
information days in advance.
Our excursions are made especially for
your ship. Besides the regular tours, we also offer
a large variety of customized tours, such as gourmet
tours, Brazilian dancing lessons, helicopters flights,
etc.
3) Pre/Post tours – Many disembarking/embarking
passengers wish to enjoy a few days in our city. We
offer many packages that would fit your client’s need.
All these packages will be selected, quoted,
prepared and promoted based on your feedback on what
you believe is important to your clientele.
4) Transfers airport
– port – airport (always using de-luxe coaches with
bilingual speaking guides).
5) Embark process – From the moment your guest
arrives at the Port, our staff will be ready to receive him
at the parking lot or at the Port Entrance so as to
provide him a comfortable and safe access to the check
in area. Our bilingual, young, dynamic and motivated
team - some speak more than 4 languages - is highly
experienced in turnaround port operation and check
in, either solving client’s problems on the spot or
reporting problems up into the chain of command. All
the communication is made by radio which helps us
identifying and solving all arising issues smoothly
and quickly. At the end of the check in, our
staff will be glad to assist your guest from the check
in to the ship.
