Angra dos Reis

Angra dos Reis is one of the most beautiful places in Brazil composed by 365 islands and 2000 beaches. Buzios

Armação de Búzios was inhabited by "Tamoios Indians" when Brazil was discovered by Portugal. In the 16th century, its small bay and abundant sweet waters let it become the supply point of French pirate ships. The origin of the name arouse because the bottom of the ocean was full of music shells and ships anchored in its bay, allowing them to organize fishing expeditions before continuing the trip. Búzios became a beautiful place where the rich people can find peace and quiet. The interest for this place increased in 1960 with the visit of French actress Brigitte Bardot, then a famous international movie star, who chose this city to relax for some days. Since then, Búzios started to be part of the special itinerary in the international tourism. Búzios has a good infrastructure with hotels and lodging of international category nice bars and fancy restaurants. There is an intense local commerce with stores of national and international brands. Despite the actual sophistication, Búzios still keeps a little bit of the fishing village that gives Búzios something special.

Iguassu Falls

Iguassu Falls, located in the Parana State, is itself an attraction. Iguassu Falls is the municipality where the main tourist attractions go hand-in-hand with the most exuberant scenery provided by nature and mankind. In the "Land of the Falls", it is possible to take in the splendor of the native and man-made forests, rivers and lakes, and still in this ecological paradise, have the opportunity to shop for the most varied products, not only in Iguassu Falls but in Ciudad del Leste (Paraguay) and Puerto Iguaçu (Argentina) as well.

Brazilian Side of the Falls Tour

Macuco Safari Tour
Towed by jeep, visitors seats in a trailer driven through the forest watching birds wild animals and exotic vegetation. At the end of 2 miles ride, people walk through an old Indian track ending at the river shore. A specially built boat takes visitors upstream the nearest possible under the thundering water wall. Manaus

Manaus, capital of the state of Amazonas, is the largest state in Brazil. It is also the ideal point of departure for visiting the rest of the Amazon region. Tour boats leave Manaus to see the Meeting of the Waters, where the black waters of the Negro River meet the light waters of the Solimoes River, flowing side by side without mixing for several miles. Salvador

Salvador, capital of the State of Bahia, was also Brazil's capital until 1763. It's divided in two parts. The "Lower City" is at sea level and contains the old port and the commercial area where visitors will find a complete and varied assortment of Brazilian arts and crafts at the Modelo Market. The best place to witness a demonstration of "capoeira", a martial art developed by African slaves in Brazil, a folklore tradition. The "Upper City" can be reached by stone steps, alleyways or the famous Lacerda Elevator. There are old government buildings, residential districts, museums, churches and newer architecture.

Historical City Tour
We start in the modern suburb of Barra at the mouth of the Bay with its famous lighthouse and make our way slowly by car or coach to the old historical section of town, the Pelourinho area with the largest and the best preserved complex colonial architecture in the Americas. We stroll through the narrow, bustling streets lined with buildings in pastel shades of an age gone by. We visit the church of S. Francisco with its exuberant gold-leafed Baroque interior and the Pelourinho Square, the heart of the old town. This tour shows two distinct aspects of Salvador, the new and the old, concentrating on the early expansion of the city.

The show takes place in the 18th century colonial complex Solar do União which had it's own church, manor house and slaves quarters, in the old stockrooms and is a showcase of the Candomble; the manculelê, a stick and sword dance from the cane fields; the dance of the caboclo, an Amerindian hunting dance; capoeira, a martial art/dance of Angolan origin and the samba de roda, a spinning, swirling version of this exuberant national dance.

Fortaleza

A modern metropolis with greenish-blue sea, beautiful beaches, soft wind and a happy and hospitable population, Fortaleza is the ideal destination if you want to know one of the most beautiful capitals of the country.
On Beira-mar Avenue, kiosks and restaurants offer cold drinks and regional seafood. At the handcraft fair, many stands show embroidery and leather work, as well as jewelry and regional food. Of the urban beaches in Fortaleza, Futuro is the most frequented and is characterized by restaurants along the beach, each one with its own musical style and decoration. The Tourism Center in Ceará gathers 104 stores offering handcraft items, which can also be found at the Central Market in the heart of the city with 300 stores. Parking lots and snack bars are available at these places and they are open every day. Another good tip is visiting Ceará Handcraft Center (Ceart), where artisans from all over the state work and produce the legitimate cearense handcraft.
Nightlife includes bars, discos and restaurants for all tastes, opened every day in the week, besides the characteristic comedy shows that have revealed nationally famous artists.

Hd City Tour
In the "City tour", the tourist is invited to accomplish a historical and touristic recognition of the city of Fortaleza. The Portuguese people were the first non-native settlers of Ceará, that in dispute with dutchmen around the Fort of Schooneborch, originated the small village that would officialy become the city of Fortaleza de Nossa Senhora da Assunção, on April 13th. , 1726.
